Founded in 2018 by Emily Jensen, Strategic Revolution was born out of a vision to redefine success in the West by integrating innovation, faith, and human potential into the fabric of modern business.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Emily recognized a profound truth: joy, sustainability, and profit are not opposing forces but natural allies when approached with intention and creativity.

Emily Jensen is a strategic visionary, executive coach, and systems innovator dedicated to helping leaders redefine success and make the exceptional their expectation. With almost two decades of experience in strategic operations and leadership development, and almost a decade in transformation and executive coaching, she combines business acumen with deep personal transformation work to guide individuals and organizations toward sustainable, high-impact success.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University. She attended Ideal Global Coaching and became an ACC Certified Life and Business Coach through International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2018. She is now pursuing her Master’s in Executive Coaching & Consulting at Townsend Institute and is in the process of re-certifying through the ICF. She plans to continue to the PhD program upon its launch.
Before founding Strategic Revolution, Emily led high-performance teams in industries spanning corporate compliance, sourcing, supply chain management, and retail operations. She has worked with Fortune 500 and 100 companies alike, managed multimillion-dollar product lines, and redesigned inefficient systems to be more ethical, profitable, and human-centered. She brings this same strategic mindset to her coaching—helping clients create clear, actionable pathways to their most aligned and exceptional lives.
Emily’s approach is deeply rooted in the belief that success is personal, transformation is possible, and leadership should be fully integrated. Her coaching methodology blends emotional intelligence, neuroscience-backed strategies, and real-world business expertise to empower leaders and entrepreneurs to thrive with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her core motivations are spiritual in nature and she is well versed on metaphysics, the Law of Attraction, and has an active relationship with her Higher Power as she understands it.
